My thoughts, my life. Views/opinions are my own.

"Casual Perlers" are around there.

I agree yusukebe's opinion, http://yusukebe.com/archives/09/09/12/120113.html. It seems very nice.

I think casual perlers are around there. Over 20 people joined to #perl-casual@freenode IRC channel, I met almost of them for the first time. Not only hackers, but also users.

perl-casual is a new sub community of perl. Some sub communities are exist in Japan. tomyhero and vkgtaro acts as lazy-people , and you know perl-users.jp is supported by CodeRepos and many Japanese Perl hackers. These communities has different theme, these cover different scope. jrockway said "sub communities are great" at YAPC::Asia Tokyo 2009. I think it is wholesome.

So, I think I should do more positive as one of casual perlers. I will try to talk at any Conference. I have no well-known self product or well-known self CPAN module, so I always act as passive. But, typester said to me "You can speak things that you do everyday frankly", and nekoya and hiboma said to me "You are blogging simple question, it is good". I received a message that "You can speak simple things". I agree yusukebe's opinion, so I want to show my feelings with deeds.
