Other Program: Level 2 E-mail Writing NEW Lesson 8: Using proper mechanics

Hi Jon;

I am writing in respond to your request for a transfer.

First, I’d like to say that your hard work and dedication is greatly appreciated. I know you really want to work overseas, it’s no secret. However, our Singapore office don’t have an available position at this time. We expect an opening to available early next year. Therefore, I have no choice but to turn down your request this time, I hope you understand. I’ll sure to let you know if a position opens up.

Thank you for your apply to the Singapore office.

Best regrads,
