We like referral from people we know because they guarantee other person work ethic. Trust is important for successful business partnership. Business network involve relatives and friends. In case of conflicts or disagreements, best to handle them in polite and private way because to show angers in public can break trust, damage business relationships.
Time very flexible. If you come team meeting early, that's very good job. But if you late sometime, kieu nhu la, 5 minutes, that's okay. Understandable. Many xich lo in the streets.
Now, if you want get close with boss, call them with younger title – regardless of age. Call them ‘anh’ for brother or ‘chi’ for sister. This practice is acceptable both state company and private one.
