昨日に引き続きミス洗練と。今日って二日目（何のだろう）だよね？私記憶が悪いから昨日のことすら覚えてないの、みたいなことを言っていた。確かこの人早朝とかも以前シフト入ってたから、毎日忙しくて大勢のレッスンをしてるからだろうか。今日はどんな日だった？に対して、仕事初日だったけど悪くなかった、午前中は猫を病院に連れて行ったのだけど検査結果は良好で、みたいな話をした。彼女も猫（オス）を飼ってるそうで、レッスン中もそばで見守っているらしい。
Lesson 3 の Try 1 まで終わってて、昨日話したことをおさらい（思い出し）しつつ、残りの質問をこなして Act のロールプレイへ。時間に余裕があったのでゆったり進められたし、たっぷり話せた。シナリオどうしよう？と聞いて、permanent transfer で customer support として日本にやってきて、フィリピンではシニアだったけど日本語の表現を学びたい、に対してメンター・トレーナーとして何を教えるか、みたいな。
expectations とちょっと違った気もするが、Quipper 時代に外国人スタッフを迎え入れたときのコミュニケーションを思い出すレッスンだった。思い返すと当時そんなに上手くやれていなかったかもなあ、と。
ロールプレイ終わって二分弱余ってたので、次は急がず、全体的にこのレッスンどうだった？みたいな話をして終わった。ロールプレイ後は、あなたは naturally helpful? なのね、みたいな褒め言葉をもらった。この人は cheerful というよりは graceful という感じ。
次回は Lesson 4 から。
